Hide the word list and work out the answers from the theme alone. A favorite of experienced players.

No connection needed, so it is ready on the train or anywhere you have a few spare minutes.
Questions
Can I play if I am still learning Japanese?
Yes. Kanji come with furigana, and when your phone is set to a language other than Japanese, every hiragana, katakana and kanji word also shows its romaji reading. Words you find are saved to your own dictionary, and you can look each one up on the web.
Is it free?
Yes, every puzzle is free to play. The app shows ads, and you can remove them with an in-app purchase.
Does it work offline?
Yes, the game plays fully offline.
Is there an iPhone version?
Not yet. The app is on Android now, and the iPhone version is being prepared for release.
Privacy policy
Kotoba Sagashi does not collect personal information such as your name, email address or phone number. Because the app shows ads, third-party services such as ad networks may automatically process technical information including device information, advertising identifiers, IP addresses and app usage data. The developer does not use this information to identify individuals, and does not keep or sell personal information in its own database.
